Thank you for stopping by to learn more about Fancy T. Smith Retail & Marketing.  I am a merchant, a marketer and an entrepreneur.  I base all of my work on a few fundamental beliefs.

I believe in SETTING GOALS.  There is no reason to open a store every day, create a new brochure, or set up a social media account, if there is not a big picture that you are working towards.

I believe in LAYERS.  I am asked all of the time if e-mail blasts work. Or if social media works. Or if direct mail works.  I believe it all works, but only if you create a marketing plan that includes layers with each of these marketing methods. Every consumer reacts to something different.  As a business owner it is essential to create a powerful brand, and layers in your approach to the end user.  It is also essential that you accept the fact that you may never know which layer it took for the end sale to happen.

I believe in LOVING consumers.  As business owners our success depends on every person who could potentially consume our product, it is our job and honor to create relationships with the consumers and to constantly show them our love and appreciation.

I believe in CONFIDENTIALITY.  Whether it is a conversation in my retail store, a business meeting, or a dream building exercise, I work hard to protect the goals and desires of my client’s hearts.

CURRENT PROJECT:

The 2012 Weston MO Wedding Guide has gone to print and the website is now online.  This has been a great first year out for this project and we are looking forward to working on it again next summer for the 2013 Edition.
